1. About Avenjor
Avenjor provides professional, non-custodial gaming services such as boosting, coaching, and guided play for online titles including, without limitation, World of Warcraft, Dota 2, CS2, and League of Legends. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. All trademarks and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and hold legitimate access to any game accounts used with our services. You are solely responsible for complying with the applicable End User License Agreements (EULAs) and rules of each game publisher.
3. Services
Our services include in-game assistance, coaching, and guided play. Unless stated otherwise, services are best-effort and time-boxed by the package you select. We do not guarantee specific in-game drops, matchmaking results, or publisher outcomes beyond what is explicitly described for a product.
4. Orders & Your Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including contact details and any account or character data required to deliver the service. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your account is in good standing with the publisher
- Disabling extra security where necessary (for example, temporary 2FA removal) or coordinating session-based play
- Not sharing your account with other third parties during an active order unless agreed with our team
5. Payments
Prices and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, PayPal or other payment processors). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected method. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
If a service cannot be delivered as described, you may request a refund via the original payment method, subject to the policies of the payment provider. For partially completed services, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the work done. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support may result in order cancellation and restriction from future use of the platform.
7. Delivery & Timing
Start times and completion windows depend on team availability, game maintenance, and your responsiveness. Any estimated time of arrival (ETA) is an approximation, not a guarantee. We will communicate delays when reasonably possible.
8. Account Access & Game Policies
Some services may require temporary access to your game account or real-time participation with our team. You acknowledge that using third-party assistance may be restricted by some publishers, and you accept any risk that arises from violating their rules. Avenjor is not responsible for penalties imposed by game publishers, including suspensions or bans, where their policies have been violated.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Purchasing with stolen or unauthorized payment instruments
- Using our services to engage in fraud, harassment, or other illegal activity
- Reselling or redistributing our services without permission
- Misrepresenting your relationship with Avenjor or impersonating our staff
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenjor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site or services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Avenjor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
