  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where required by law (for example, in the EU/EEA), we process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and service improvement), legal obligations, and, where applicable, your consent.

6. Sharing of data

We share personal data only with essential service providers, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, anti-fraud, and communications tools. These partners are bound by contracts to protect your data and may only use it to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal data.

We use necessary cookies to keep sessions, security, and basic site functions working. We may also use optional analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through in-site preferences.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, so you should also protect your account by using a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. You may also have the right to data portability. Contact us if you want to exercise these rights; we will respond in line with applicable laws.
